The reality of modern day society makes it essential that we know how to protect ourselves from dangerous situations. The Olympian Safety Program offers a safety program for kids and a safety workshop for adults. We teach simple but effective techniques and strategies to protect yourself in difficult situations. |

 | Kids will learn valuable skills to keep them safe, such as: the 3 A's of safety recognizing a bad person right touch / wrong touch home alone bullying awareness simple self-defense techniques that works! Call or email us to book our Life Skills Program! | |
The Olympian Safety Program teaches skills to heighten kids' awareness about safety at home, in school, on the internet, and in the community. Another important aspect of our program is educating kids about the different types of bullying, conflict resolution, the dangers of drugs, the myths and facts about sexual assault, the consequences of gang violence and simple practical self-defense techniques that works! Our intention is not to instill fear, but to provide effective and empowering safety techniques to raise kids’ awareness so that they make safe choices. If we can help to protect one child each year, we've met our goal. Of course, the prevention of harm to all children is the ultimate goal. Education in prevention is the key to a safer way of life. If children have the knowledge to make informed decisions or know what to do in a potentially difficult situation, their chances of being injured, bullied, joining a gang or becoming a target of sexual assault decreases tremendously. |
The Olympian Safety program also offers a workshop for adults. Our Adult Safety Workshop is packed with examples of safety techniques, practical advice on a variety of situations and expert tips. If you are unsure of what to do in unsafe situations, The Olympian Safety Workshop will teach you how to protect yourself regardless of your age or size. The safety workshop teaches how to present yourself so you are less apt to be a target, how to stop your attacker with one blow, self-defense grabs and holds, and other basic self-defense techniques. |
